A Teflon-coated V-blade that slides through PEX without dragging.
What it does
PEX grabs a bare blade. This one is coated with Teflon, so it slides through the wall and leaves a clean face for a crimp or push fitting.
Squeeze to feed the blade a step at a time. Pull the handles apart to reset the jaw or back out of a cut.
Good to know before you buy
- On thick-wall pipe, cut in light passes and turn the pipe a little.
- A spare blade is not included.
- It is for plastic pipe only. Copper and steel ruin the edge.
