What it does
This is our DM-317-64 in red. A bright handle is quick to find in a tool bag, and it stands apart from a helper's cutter on a shared job.
The cut stays the same: an SK5 blade with a pointed tip, a ratchet that carries it through, and PVC, PEX, PE or rubber hose up to 2-1/2 inch outside diameter.
Good to know before you buy
- The colour is the only change from the standard DM-317-64.
- Keep the cut at least 1.5 inches from the end of the pipe.
- It will not cut metal pipe.
